First Panattoni, newly formed from the merger of First Industrial and Panattoni Europe, is one of Europe’s largest industrial developers. Due mainly to the fast growth of the e-commerce sector, the company has developed sites in Europe for Amazon, Decathlon and H&M and plans to build mega-sheds across the UK.

Partridge Interiors Ltd initially worked with First Industrial at their Midlands office providing the original fit-out with suspended ceilings, partition walls, joinery and ongoing maintenance reconfiguring the disabled toilets, lifting floors for British Telecom and relaying them. With the company’s merger has come continual growth and the need for an evolving, dynamic workspace. Partridge Interiors Ltd was called to create and open office area in 2016, then were delighted to be called upon again in 2017 to turn an alcove into an office. The existing Tenon Fire and Sound 75 system was reconfigured by adding a partition wall, double-glazed screen with integral blinds, solid toughened glass locking door and decoration.

‘Partridge Interiors Ltd provides a quick, cost-effective, professional and friendly service again and again’. First Panattoni, Warwick UK.

Renewable Energy – Power that doesn’t cost The Earth!

In July 2016, The Department of Energy and Climate Change became part of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). The Rt. Hon Greg Clark MP was appointment secretary and charged with delivering affordable, clean energy and tackling climate change.

Making a positive contribution in this field is Warwick Energy Ltd., a U.K. developer of upstream energy production projects including renewable energy production. They are Britain’s leading independent developer of offshore wind farms including the Barrow Wind Farm as seen from the air in the photo above © Dr. David J. Otway 2007. Recently we were called to their new premises to create a staff work space, boardroom, server room and kitchen area from one large open-plan area. See below their testimonial:

‘Warwick Energy Ltd recently needed to relocate their office location. Partridge Interiors Ltd were selected to install the internal office partitioning that involved sound insulation panelling, double-glazed venetian blind window partition for our board room and also the creation of a small kitchen area involving some discrete plumbing. We followed Jason’s suggestions and recommendations and they far exceeded our expectations.

Throughout the installation Jason Partridge and his friendly team worked quickly and professionally with an on-time completion to our entire satisfaction. I cannot praise his work highly enough and wholeheartedly recommend him and his company for office partitioning installation. You will not be disappointed.’

We are happy to be back for another innings at Leamington Tennis and Squash Club. Squash was introduced to the club in 1977 and it has gone from strength to strength. Last year we replaced the suspended ceilings in court 5 and were delighted to come back this year for courts 3 and 4.

To start with we provided extra protection for the specialised suspended floor. The height of the ceilings required us to fit movable scaffolding towers. We kept down-time to a minimum for the popular club so work did not stop play for long. We fitted Gyprex Satinspa vinyl faced, wipe clean tiles which have a durable smooth satin finish and high light reflectance. They are robust against scratches and dents ready for those smash shots; and their moisture resistant properties are perfect for higher humidity environments.

The club’s mission is ‘to build a squash and racketball community which encourages all members of the community to play and enjoy the game to the best of their ability in a friendly and inclusive environment.’ Partridge Interiors Ltd is pleased to have contributed to the fabric of the building in which this takes place.

Gardening is, undeniably, one of the nation’s favourite leisure activities. Credited with reducing stress and providing a great source of exercise, it’s no wonder we are so keen to be at one with nature; smelling roses and weeding has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, increase brain activity and give you a positive boost. Not only that, but whilst you’re outdoors you’re also exposed to plenty of vitamin D to strengthen your immune system. Read More
