Due to the successful growth of one of our excellent long standing customers, they relocated their Midlands’ branch to larger premises. They found an appropriate building in Solihull which had scope for them to expand their business following the move, and again in the future. They called us at Partridge interiors Ltd to take on the project’s first three phases.
The project’s first-phase required a total strip-out of the existing interior including suspended ceilings, sanitaryware, partition walls, and electric services. Once this was done, a blank canvas remained for us to follow on with the complete fit-out.
We enjoy our ongoing close working relationship with the client. During this project we listened to their ideas and requirements from washroom facilities, a kitchen space, and workspace needs, to the colour scheme and overall look they wanted us to bring into fruition. We brought our own creative design ideas and building experience alongside the brief, to come up with an exciting vision which we implemented into the workplace they desired.

Our client wanted to create focal point within the workspace. We designed a 4.2 x 2.4 metre parametric 3D feature art wall. We started by drafting an initial design based on a discussion with the client. Following a few adjustments we came to the perfect design. We generated and imputed the computer coding into our CNC machine for the manufacturing process to begin to carve the design. We produced 116 individual timber three dimensional slats. Once we installed all the pieces it produced an eye-catching ripple effect which appeared to change appearance as onlookers walk by and viewed it from different perspectives. As a backdrop to this the client chose a corporate colour design which we painted on to the wall that could be viewed through the slats.
Keeping it local….
A Southam based company asked us to update and expand their 1st floor call centre premisses.
We worked with them to come up with a design that optimised the space, function and acoustics of the call centre. Once we finalised the design we relocated the call centre into temporary accommodation using modular offices which we located on the carpark.
When the staff relocation was undertaken and they were fully operational we began removing the existing call centre. A total strip-out of the old area was required followed by a complete rebuild.

Upon completion the staff we able to relocate back into a purpose built environment. This featured a fresh, clean and inspiring décor, practical amenities and services, improved health and safety features, all better equipped to meet their workplace requirements.

Warwick Energy Ltd recently needed to relocate their office location. Partridge Interiors were selected to install the internal office partitioning that involved sound insulation panelling, double-glazed venetian blind window partition for our board room and also the creation of a small kitchen area involving some discrete plumbing. We followed Jason’s suggestions and recommendations and they far exceeded our expectations.
